FOCUS VS UNFOCUS

  FOCUS is when you are putting all your attention  on a single object. whereas UNFOCUS is when you   are paying attention  to nothing in particular and doing it intentionally. Attention is finite and is the most valuable ingredient you have to good life. Just as you are what you eat,you are what you pay attention to.   Autopilot mode enables us to keep up with the demands of our life. when we are working in automatic mode like daily routine, habitual patterns . Dance is something very personal to me. I express my emotions, my feelings, my mood everything through dance. When I am extremely happy - I express that happiness through dance. Things which I can't put in words I express them through dance.  All those rules, discipline, matching with your fellow dancers was not there in my dance previously. In my last blog, The only goal is awareness,  I talked  about choices that we make in our life  decide our future possibility and since the future possibility are not real at present  and past can't  determined  our future . Life which is examined is worth living  In my last blogs I gave you a brief introduction about mindfulness, why self-awareness(to know about your real self) is required. Now, I am going to talk about " THE LIFE WHICH IS EXAMINED IS WORTH LIVING". Then may be you feel that we all are living our life completely, whatever we did, whatever we are doing, whatever we will do in our professional life, personal life and social life is required at that point of time. Because our actions are the result of our brain state  🧠at any moment. The real story of human development is not scientific advance or "discovery of the world" but rather the awareness of consciousness itself.  In science, we have objective truth but the truth that matter in life is subjective.
