"Dancing is like a dreaming with your feet"

Dance is something very personal to me. I express my emotions, my feelings, my mood everything through dance. When I am extremely happy - I express that happiness through dance. Things which I can't put in words I express them through dance. All those rules, discipline, matching with your fellow dancers was not there in my dance previously. It's simply feelings that I express❤️
Dance is much more than that. I always want to learn dance under a professional institute where I learn those rules, those nuances, discipline. KHANK INSTITUTE OF PERFORMING ART provides this opportunity and I started MY Kathak Classes from this institute and now I am going to perform on stage.
We all are emotional beings because we feel. Through this we connect with our innerself. Our hobby which we're very passionate about helps us to go deep inside, we can hear our inner voices ❤️️ it somehow helps us to bring ourselves completely in the moment. MINDFULNESS IS PRESENT CENTERED ATTENTION. In my FOCUS MODEL THE First step is feeling. You have to feel first.
First and the very basic step of mindfulness is feelings you have connect with your inner world. 
Second is observe that will only happen when you exercise moment by moment awareness of our thoughts, feelings bodily sensations.
Third is C-Compassion, ACCEPTING your feelings, emotions as it is Instead of judging it or questioning it through a gentle and nurturing lens. To be kind, warm and compassionate about us 
Fourth is U- Understand we have to understand Every moment of life is unique, free from past experiences and future expectations. The ability to accept ourselves what we are. "I should be true to myself".
Past, Present and Future are intimately connected with free choice of man.
Fifth is S - Simply Let GO
Just release all those emotions through dance I release all those feelings and can easily draw a distinction between my inner world and outer world 🌎 because "it is not enough to do your best; you must know what to do then do your best". ~W.Edwards Deming
@protectyourinnerworld is all about this it helps you to go deep inside, connecting with your inner self listening your inner voices. When you're completely in the moment then only you know yourself
