Self-awareness

"THE PROCESS OF SELF-DISCOVERY HAS NOW BEEN TECHNOLOGICALLY OUTSOURCED"

In my first blog I only talked about the definition of mindfulness and ask you to do self-introspection i.e., talk to yourself, go on date with yourself, know about yourself .........
I clearly mentioned without the knowledge of your oneself nothing will change....
for self-discovery - awareness is required
we make sense of the world through languages, labels we put on things
  • from where these labels come,
  • what's the meaning of first impression?
  • who passes those judgements?
  • how we decide what is good-me, bad-me, not me?
"There is nothing either good or bad but thinking makes it so "~William Shakespear

we imagine we know how other feels or see the world because we know how we might feel in a similar situation this is called FALSE-CONSENSUS EFEECT
Leading us to imagine people are more similar to us than they really are
DO YOU ACTUALLY THINK WHAT you interpret, or judge about person or situation is correct? really? all your labels that you put on people; objects are correct?
then why you rush to evaluate, interpret or putting labels?
why? first impression is the last impression kind of heuristics still works.
why there is egocentrism? The hypothesis that I formed through my past experiences is only correct. if any contradiction happens, I switch either to denial mode or use projection techniques: making other responsible for those feelings and attitude which are part of ourselves?
if I have to put all this in one word then I will say, they are nothing but BLOCKAGES

this whole discussion is the part of self-introspection that you have to ask yourself.
see, i know it's not easy to sit with yourself without your cellphone or any electronic gadgets i also went through all those discomforts, anxiousness, feeling uncomfortable and keep giving myself 100's of excuses- like bus news hi to check kr rhi hu isme kya galat h, time hi to dekha  bs ek song hi to suna  bs ek video pe hi to click kiya, yr friend ki call h kuch jaruri hoga yr  aise na jane kitne excuse ......

But if you want to shift yourself from
TENSION→→→→→→→→ TRANSFORMATION

YOU SHOULD USE THE TECHNLOGY FOR YOUR WELLBENING .......

It is arguably just as important to understand the source of health as it is to understand the cause of illness, particularly if we are interested in preventing illness by promoting healthy lifestyles (Ryff &Singer, 1998)
